  • Customers are businesses or organizations that enter into a subscription or service agreement with us.
  • End Users are individuals authorized by Customers to use the Services.
  • For Customer Data, we act as a data processor on behalf of the Customer.
  • For account, billing, and marketing data, we act as a data controller.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to data processed solely on behalf of Customers under a separate Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”).

Customers may upload or submit data into the Services (“Customer Data”), which may include personal data of end users or third parties. We process Customer Data only as instructed by the Customer.

  • Customer Data is retained according to Customer instructions and applicable agreements.
  • Upon termination, Customer Data may be deleted or returned as specified in the applicable contract.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
